Wicked Cool Giveaway: Atkins Starter Kit

This is a WICKED EASY GIVEAWAY - only 4 entries per person!!

Introducing: Atkins Starter Kits

RESOLVE TO: Get your body back!

This giveaway is part of the Solutions for your Resolutions event.

It ends on 1/20 and is open to residents of the US.

From Atkins:

It’s that time of year again. When most people make a New Year’s resolution to lose weight, they’re thinking about looking more attractive and having their clothes fit better. Both are admirable goals, but right-sizing yourself provides a number of other equally important benefits. To keep yourself on track in 2011, consider these 10 powerful motivators:

  1. Boost your energy level.
  2. Control your appetite.
  3. Keep your mood steady.
  4. Enhance your self confidence.
  5. Feel sexier.
  6. Reduce those aches and pains.
  7. Breathe easier.
  8. Sleep better.
  9. Keep a one-size wardrobe.
  10. Improve your health and reduce disease risk.

Embarking on a healthier, more sustainable eating plan, such as the Atkins Diet, promises additional benefits above and beyond losing weight. Enjoy a thinner, more energized and healthier you by changing your eating habits this year.

From me:

Let me just start by saying that my grandfather was on the Atkins Diet several years ago and had quite a bit of success with it.

And while I myself am not looking to go on a diet right now, I agreed to this review/giveaway because I thought some of you might be.

The Atkins Diet Starter Kit consists of a How-To Guide and a few free Atkins Advantage bars. And let me just tell you that I liked the Advantage bars a lot.

If you're considering the Atkins diet you should know that it has changed A LOT since my grandfather was on it.  It seems to me that all he ever ate was pepperoni and cheese.  Well things have changed - they have bars and shakes, pasta and baking mix.  Check out the full line of Atkins products.

BUY Atkins products:

You can find Atkins food products nationwide at stores like CVS, Walgreens, Target, and more.  Click here to access the Atkins store locator.

WIN an Atkins Starter Kit:

The people at Atkins have generously agreed to send TWO of my lucky readers their very own starter kit.

MANDATORY ENTRY:

There are a lot of myths surrounding the Atkins diet (you know, like the one that claims it to be a pepperoni and cheese diet).  Stop by the Truths and Myths page on the Atkins site.  Tell me one of the myths.

EXTRA ENTRIES:

LEGAL:

This giveaway ends at 11:59 EST on 1/20 and is open to residents of the US. The winning entry will be chosen by a Random Number Generator and the winner will be contacted via email. The winner is responsible for providing ME with their name and address.  If I do not hear from the winner within 48 hours I will have no choice but to choose another in their place.  Just wondering if anyone actually reads these disclosures.  If you happen to notice this, go ahead and give yourself an extra entry for this giveaway.  Just tell me "I actually read your disclosure".
